Registration is now open for the Lafayette Warriors Rugby Football Club (RFC) 2025 Spring TRY Season!  Follow the instructions below to register.

The Warriors RFC has been blessed with the help of very generous donors this season, and we are able to offer registration at the low cost of FREE!  Yes, you read that correctly!  Your per player cost to be a Warrior will be $0 for the entire spring 2025 season.  We pay for everything, including USA Rugby dues, Rugby Colorado dues, fields, uniforms, and various other expenses.  Most clubs charge $150 - $250 per season.   Once registration opens, please follow the instructions below to get your player involved!

To register your child you will need to login or create an account at https://xplorer.rugby. If you need assistance with this process please reach out to Alicia at lafayettewrfc.hbb@gmail.com.

Once your account has been created and the appropriate children added, follow these steps:

1. Click Register.
2. Click Find a Club.
3. Select person to register, then Next.
4. Type in Lafayette Warriors, click the circle button next to club name, then click Next.
5. For this screen, role = player, registration type = Youth Spring, and duration = Season, click Next.
6. Verify information on the screen and click Next.
7. Verify details and click Next.
8. Upload a photo, then click Next.
9. Verify/select details, then click Next.
10. Verify/enter emergency contact details, then click Next.
11. Verify height, weight, school and grade info, then click Next.
12. Read and accept waivers by moving switch button to the right of each waiver.  There are 3.
13. This brings you to the registration fee screen.  The cost will be $145 per player for those who didn't play in the fall, and $90 per player for those who did.  Please make sure to click and accept the fees.  You will not be charged for the fees, but it must be done to complete the registration process.
14. Click the check box to read and acknowledge the terms and conditions.
15. Click the Pay button.
16. Click Finish.
17. If you have additional children to register, click yes and repeat the process, otherwise click no.
