Farris El Nasser is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who resides in Superior and presently runs a Middle East consulting company, Lion Archer LLC. Farris began playing at the Air Force Academy in 1989 and has been active in the sport ever since for over a dozen teams across the US and the Middle East. Most notably, he was a long time member of the All-Air Force team through much of his military career and has coached youth Rugby with the Muscat Oman Pirates, with the Superior Eagles, the Monarch High School Coyotes, and most recently he founded the Lafayette Warriors Rugby Football Club. In the 9 years he coached rugby and in the 17 years he played, he has discovered just how powerful this sport is as a platform to mentor and develop young people. He believes that with the right support from the community, the Lafayette Warriors can be a powerful tool to help bridge the opportunity gap for underserved youth in our community.
Sierra May Bishop has been involved in rugby for 20 years as a player, referee, club administrator, rugby mom, board member, and most recently as a youth coach. She works as an educator and lives in Lafayette. Sierra May is thrilled to be a part of building community through rugby in her hometown.

Annette is a chemical engineer working in the biopharmaceutical industry. She was a two-sport high school athlete and a collegiate athlete. She has experience with various sports at recreational as well as competitive levels.
Annette was introduced to rugby in 2014 when her family returned to the US from overseas, and her son began to play rugby. Annette fell in love with rugby’s cultural diversity, community, and core values. She began volunteering first as a team parent, then as an Executive Board Member, and then as a coach. She also began playing recreational and competitive International Touch Rugby.
Annette is entering her 8th year coaching rugby. She is in the process of completing her Level 300 coaching certification. She has coached introductory non-contact rugby “Try On Rugby” for girls ranging from 1st grade– Middle School; Rugby 7s for women, HS girls, MS boys and girls; and Rugby 15s for women, HS girls and MS boys.
Annette enjoys providing youth with fun, safe opportunities to develop themselves both on and off the pitch. She believes in building character strengths in inclusion, teamwork, integrity, respect, courage and discipline.

Rami El Nasser is a Colorado State University student pursuing a career as an Army officer. He his rugby career in 2010 in Muscat, Oman and continued playing in Superior Colorado with both the Superior Eagles youth program and the Monarch High School team to include the 2017 state championship team. He served as the captain of the team his Senior year. He continued playing at Colorado State University, a top 20 team in the nation. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of the game with young boys and girls in his community the same way many coaches have done for him. Most importantly though, rugby has been a significant contributor to his character development and he coaches in the hope of sharing that experience with other young players.

Chad has coached instructional flag through the Girls Rugby, Inc. training program, middle school girls through the Lafayette Warriors, and the Rugby Colorado Nike Camp last Summer. He is the only 300 Level certified coach on the Warrio

Chad has led the Monarch Girls high school program to a second place finish in the State of Colorado for the last four years, and he is extremely excited to be involved in the development of girls rugby in Colorado. He has seen first hand the empowerment, confidence building, communication, and strength that rugby can bring out in young women, and he is continually inspired by his role in building girls rugby in Colorado.
Andrew Reimann is a Behavioral Health Specialist on the medical floor at Children’s Hospital Colorado. He recently graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with an honors degree in Psychology, as well as a minor in Child/Developmental Psychology. He currently resides in Superior where he played three years for Monarch High

He recently graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with an honors degree in Psychology, as well as a minor in Child/Developmental Psychology. He currently resides in Superior where he played three years for Monarch High School, participating as part of the 2017 state championship team, both as a player and hard-working waterboy. Andrew also played abroad in Denmark with a local club while in college. In the summer of 2019, Andrew was an intern as part of USA Rugby’s Youth Development department. Andrew began coaching in the fall of 2021 with the Warriors and is a Level 200 certified coach. He enjoys sharing his passion for the game of rugby with others and wants to help create the supportive and fun environment that made his rugby experience so meaningful. In his free time, Andrew enjoys watching sports (especially rugby), hiking, traveling, and photography!

Tyler Randall lives in Westminster and is taking some time away from college to focus on health, happiness and determine what is next in life. Ty started playing rugby at 7 years old and then returned to the sport to play for the Monarch High School team as a Hooker before the Covid pandemic ended his high school career too early. Coach F

Coach Farris was a coach and mentor to Tyler while at Monarch HS so when he asked Ty to come coach with the Warriors he jumped at the opportunity in 2022. Ty is excited to continue that journey in 2023 and continue to share his love and passion for rugby.
Andy Murray is a project engineer with Lockheed Martin who lives in Thornton. He discovered rugby while in the US Army and immediately fell in love with the game’s passion and sportsmanship. Andy coaches so more kids can learn about the great game of rugby and the lifelong values the sport has to offer.

Alicia Frazier is an Atmospheric Scientist with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and resides in Louisville. Alicia has never played rugby, but was drawn to the sport when her two youngest children decided to play. She immediately saw the value of involving her family in a club, and began volunteering. She previously volunteered as President of the Superior Rugby Club from 2017 to 2020, and now spends her spare time keeping the Warriors train running on time.
